1. Introduction
S Club Games ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile applications listed below (each a "Game," and together the "Games"), available on the Google Play Store:
- Tic Tac Toe: Emoji Puzzle —
com.sclub.TicTacToeUnlimeted - Squishy Merge —
com.sclub.SquishyMerge - Tap Square Jigsaw —
com.sclub.PuzzleRotation
This Privacy Policy applies to all of these Games. It explains what information the Games collect, why we collect it, how it is used and shared, and what choices you have. All of our Games use the same third-party SDKs and follow the same data practices described in this policy.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Games, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game and stop using it.
2. Who we are
Data controller: S Club Games
Contact: s.club.productions@gmail.com
The Game does not require an account, sign-up, or login to play.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
The Game does not ask you to create an account, log in, or submit personal information such as your name, email, address, or phone number. If you choose to contact us by email, we will receive whatever information you include in that email.
3.2 Information collected automatically
The Game and its embedded third-party SDKs automatically collect:
- Device and technical information — device model, brand, manufacturer, operating system version, screen size, language, country (derived from device settings), time zone, system locale, and crash diagnostics.
- Advertising identifiers — your Google Advertising ID (GAID), which is a resettable, non-permanent identifier provided by your device. This is used by our ad partners to serve and measure ads. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads at any time in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address by our
advertising and analytics partners (typically resolved to country or city
level). We do not request precise GPS location and the Game
does not declare the
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATIONorACCESS_COARSE_LOCATIONAndroid permissions. - Network information — connectivity state (online/offline, Wi-Fi vs. mobile data) so we can show the right screen when you lose connection. We do not collect SSID, MAC address, or carrier account details.
- App usage and gameplay events — screen views, button taps, level starts and completions, ad impressions and clicks, notification taps, session start and end, and other in-game events. These are tied to a random app-instance identifier, not to your real identity.
- Crash and performance diagnostics — stack traces, error messages, and performance traces (such as app startup time and network latency) when something goes wrong, so we can fix bugs.
- Push notification token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token used to deliver notifications to your device. The token is tied to your device install, not to you personally.
3.3 Information stored locally on your device
The Game stores your game progress, scores, settings, streak data, and other app state locally on your device so that your progress is preserved between sessions. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is cleared when you uninstall the Game or clear app data.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
- diagnose crashes, errors, and performance issues;
- understand which features are used and how players progress;
- show you advertisements (including rewarded video and interstitial ads) and measure ad performance;
- deliver re-engagement notifications when you haven't played for a while, subject to anti-annoyance rules (max 3 per week, stops after 2 consecutive ignores, no notifications between 10pm and 9am);
- detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, invalid ad traffic, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
5. Advertising
The Game is supported by advertising. We show rewarded video ads (which you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward) and interstitial ads (full-screen ads shown between game actions). We do not show banner ads.
We use the following ad partners:
- Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource) — our ad mediation platform. It decides which ad to show from the list below and reports performance. Privacy policy.
- Unity Ads — one of the mediated ad networks. Privacy policy.
- Meta Audience Network — one of the mediated ad networks. Privacy policy.
- Google AdMob — one of the mediated ad networks, provided by Google LLC. AdMob may use your advertising identifier (GAID), IP address, and device information to serve and measure ads. Privacy policy.
These partners may collect your advertising identifier (GAID), IP address, approximate location (derived from IP), device information, and information about ads you have seen and interacted with. They use this data to select and deliver ads, cap how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, and detect invalid traffic. Each partner acts as an independent data controller for the data it collects through its SDK and is governed by its own privacy policy linked above.
5.1 Your choices regarding ads
- Opt out of ads personalization: open Android Settings → Google → Ads and turn on "Opt out of Ads Personalization". Ads in the Game will still appear, but they will be less personalized.
- Reset your advertising ID: in the same Android Settings screen, you can reset your GAID at any time. This breaks the link between your past activity and future activity for advertising purposes.
- Delete the advertising ID (Android 12+): on supported devices, you can remove the advertising ID entirely. After this, ad partners receive a string of zeros instead of an ID.
6. Analytics, crash reporting, and infrastructure
We use the following Google Firebase services (provided by Google LLC) to understand how the Game is used and to keep it working:
- Firebase Analytics — aggregated usage and event analytics.
- Firebase Crashlytics — automatic crash reporting and stability monitoring.
- Firebase Performance Monitoring — startup time, screen render time, and network latency.
- Firebase Remote Config — server-side feature flags so we can change configuration without forcing an app update.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — push notification delivery.
- Firebase Installations — a per-install identifier used by the services above.
Data sent to Firebase is processed by Google under its Privacy Policy and its Firebase Privacy and Security documentation. Firebase Analytics IP addresses are not logged with full-precision and advertising-id signals can be turned off at the SDK level if you opt out of ads personalization on your device.
7. Notifications
We send two kinds of notifications:
- Local re-engagement notifications — scheduled on your device when you have not played for 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days. These are generated locally; no server is involved in deciding when to send them.
- Push notifications — occasional messages we send through Firebase Cloud Messaging, for example to announce new content or events.
You can disable notifications at any time in Android Settings → Apps → [Game name] → Notifications. On Android 13 and above, the Game asks for notification permission on first launch and you can decline.
8. Permissions we request
The Game requests the following Android permissions, all of which are needed for the features described above:
INTERNET— to load the game, deliver ads, and send analytics.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE— to detect when you're offline and show the offline screen.POST_NOTIFICATIONS— to display notifications (Android 13+ asks you to grant this).SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM— to fire re-engagement reminders at the right time.VIBRATE— for short haptic feedback in the game.com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID— to access the Google Advertising ID for ad serving and measurement.
We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, SMS, call logs, storage, files, location, or any other sensitive data.
9. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party service providers described in Sections 5 and 6, each acting under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if we are required to do so by law, court order, or other lawful government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
If S Club Games is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice on this page before any such transfer.
10. Data retention
We retain analytics, crash, and ad-event data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Firebase Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months by default. Crashlytics retains crash reports for up to 90 days. Ad partners retain ad-event data according to their own retention policies (see their privacy policies linked in Section 5).
Data stored locally on your device (game progress, scores, settings) is kept until you clear app data or uninstall the Game.
11. Children's privacy
The Game is rated for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, please contact us at s.club.productions@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it. Parents and guardians who allow children to use the Game are encouraged to enable Google Play Family Library controls and to opt out of ads personalization on the device.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- access the information we hold about you;
- request correction or deletion of that information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw any consent you have given;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email s.club.productions@gmail.com. Because the Game doesn't require an account, please tell us in your email what information you'd like us to act on so we can locate it.
12.1 If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland
We process the data described above on the following legal bases under the GDPR / UK GDPR:
- Legitimate interests — to operate the Game, prevent fraud, fix bugs, and show non-personalized ads.
- Consent — for personalized advertising and personalized analytics, where required.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law.
12.2 If you are in California (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but our use of advertising identifiers for ad delivery may qualify as "sharing" under the CPRA. You can opt out by turning on "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in your device settings or by emailing us at s.club.productions@gmail.com.
13. International data transfers
Our service providers (Google, Unity, and Meta) operate globally and may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. These providers use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. By using the Game you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
14. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the data sent to our service providers, including HTTPS / TLS in transit and the security controls those providers offer. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Game or by other reasonable means before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
16. Contact us
If you have any questions, requests, or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our handling of your information, email us at s.club.productions@gmail.com.
